Welcome to StarBites. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of starbites.in and the services offered through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- About StarBites
StarBites provides a platform for customers to request personalized video wishes from Telugu television artists, wedding surprise video messages, and approved business promotional video services.
Artist participation and service availability are subject to confirmation.
- Eligibility and Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate contact details, booking information, occasion details, and message instructions.
StarBites may contact customers to clarify information before confirming an order.
- Services and Pricing
Personalized video wishes are offered under the following indicative categories:
- Stars: ₹999
- Special Stars: ₹1,499
- Favorite Stars: ₹1,999
The applicable price, selected artist, and service details will be displayed or confirmed before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders.
Business promotional services may have separate quotations based on the artist, campaign requirements, and agreed scope of work.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated in accordance with the law.
- Booking and Payment
A booking is subject to artist availability and confirmation by StarBites.
Payment must be made through the payment method officially provided or approved by StarBites. Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference.
Submitting a booking request does not by itself guarantee that the order has been accepted.
- Video Delivery
Our usual target delivery time for personalized video wishes is 24–48 hours after order confirmation. This is a target and not a guaranteed deadline unless expressly confirmed.
Delivery may be affected by artist availability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, StarBites will communicate with the customer and discuss an appropriate resolution.
- Personalized Content
Customers must provide the name, occasion, pronunciation guidance, and message instructions accurately.
Personalized videos are created according to the confirmed booking details. Changes after recording has started may not be possible or may require a separate agreement.
StarBites may decline requests that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with its content standards.
- Artist Availability and Substitutions
Artists participate subject to their availability and consent. StarBites does not guarantee that every artist will be available for every date or request.
An alternative artist or materially different service will be offered only with the customer’s agreement. Refund requests will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on starbites.in, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms agreed for the order.
Please review that policy before making payment.
- Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Customers may share their delivered personalized video for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the rights and permissions applicable to the video.
Commercial use, paid advertising, editing that misrepresents the artist’s message, or use of an artist’s image or video in a separate campaign may require additional written permission.
Customers must not imply that an artist endorses a product, service, or business beyond the scope expressly agreed for the booking.
- Business Promotional Services
Business promotional orders may require a separate quotation, approved script, campaign details, usage permissions, and written confirmation.
StarBites reserves the right to decline promotional requests that are misleading, unlawful, or unsuitable for the platform.
- Privacy Personal information submitted during booking will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website. Customers should provide only the information necessary to process their request.
- Service LimitationsStarBites will make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed service. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Changes to These TermsStarBites may update these terms when its services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page. Any order-specific agreement will be considered alongside these terms and applicable law.
- Governing Law and DisputesThese terms are subject to the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed through the appropriate legal process and competent forum under applicable law.
